Rooms are to be guaranteed using a credit card. Card type, card account number, card expiration date, name of cardholder and address of cardholder should be provided to hotel agent when making reservations

***PAYMENT METHOD:

Credit card, debit card and cash. If paying with cash there is a $150 refundable deposit that will be due at time of check in. Upon arrival, please inform the hotel agent of the preferred payment method. Once check-in is complete, method of payment may not be changed.

***CANCELLATION OF GROUP RESERVATIONS:

Group reservations may be cancelled without penalty no later than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date.cancellation date ***CANCELLATION OF INDIVIDUAL ROOMS: Cancellation deadline is November 10, 2022.
